Shipping & Local Delivery Policy for Winn Gifting

Shipping and Local Delivery

 

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

  • A flat shipping fee of $10.00 is applied to orders under $75 at checkout.

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Local Delivery (Tulsa, OK & Surrounding Areas)

 

  • Local delivery is available within a 10-mile radius of Downtown Tulsa.

  • A $5 delivery fee applies to all local deliveries.

  • Deliveries are made between Monday – Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday – Sunday from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. 

  • Someone must be available to receive the order, or delivery will be rescheduled at an additional cost.

 

Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

 

  •  Shipped orders will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to appear.

  • Local deliveries will receive a notification once the delivery is on the way.

Damages & Issues:

​

  • We take great care in packaging orders securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will assess the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

​

  • Once an order has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds:

​

  • Refunds are available for eligible items per our Return & Refund Policy (excluding personalized/custom orders).

  • Shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
