  • What is included in your gift wrapping services?
    Our gift wrapping services include wrapping paper, ribbon and/or bow, gift tag, gift box (if needed), and tissue paper (if required for boxed gifts). Premium and custom wraps include additional embellishments and personalized options.
  • Do you offer custom wrapping themes?
    Yes! We offer themed and custom gift wrapping based on your occasion, color, preferences, and style. This includes luxury, seasonal, minimalist, and corporate wrapping options.
  • How do I book a gift wrapping service?
    You can book your gift wrapping service directly through our website https://www.winngifting.com/book-online Simply select your preferred service, gift size, and any add-ons.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We recommend a minimum of three days between the pickup and delivery dates. If your booking doesn't allow for this interval, a rush fee will apply.
  • What if I need my gift wrapped the same day?
    We offer next-day rush service for gifts needed within 24 hours from pickup date, subject to availability. A rush fee will apply.
  • Do you wrap multiple gifts in one booking?
    Yes! We can wrap up to five gifts in a single booking. Simply select a gift wrap style and gift size, then add another service for each additional gift. For orders of more than five gifts, please contact us at hello@winngifting.com for a custom quote.
  • Do you offer delivery services?
    Yes, we offer pickup and delivery within 10 miles of downtown Tulsa (zip code 74103) for a $10 fee per booking.
  • Can I ship my gift to you to be wrapped and then have it delivered?
    At this time, we only offer local pickup and delivery. However, we are working on expanding shipping options in the future.
  • How much do your wrapping services cost?
    Pricing depends on the size of the gift and the level of wrapping selected. Standard wrapping starts at $5, and premium/luxury wrapping starts at $12. Visit (Pricing Page) for full details.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit (or full payment) is required for all gift wrap bookings to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and cash (for in person payments).
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Standard Cancellations: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup to receive a full refund of your deposit and pickup/delivery fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable, including half of any applicable rush fees.
  • Do you offer refunds on gift wrapping services?
    Since gift wrapping is a customized service, refunds are not available once the wrapping has been completed.
