  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• • Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid minus the $5.00 flat delivery fee (if applicable) once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

• • Personalized, custom-made, or seasonal items (such as holiday gift baskets or pre-made seasonal gift baskets) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.
