Return and Refund Policy for Winn Gifting

 

  1. Services: Gift Wrapping & Gift Basket Assembly

 

Our service bookings are designed to provide a personalized gift presentation experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policies before scheduling your service:

 

  • Booking Cancellations:

 

  • Standard Cancellations: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup, your booking service deposit and pickup and delivery fee will be fully refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before pickup time, your deposit becomes non-refundable and half of any applicable rush fees will also be non-refundable.

 

  • Rush Fees:

 

  • Rush fees apply when you request expedited service (for delivery within 24 hours or 48 hours of the pickup date.)

  • These fees are automatically added to your booking and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • If a rush fee is required based on your selected dates and is not paid within 24 hours, your service will be cancelled and all payments refunded.

 

  • Final Pricing:

 

  • Final pricing for our services is determined upon inspection of your items. Any additional costs due to the size or complexity of the item will be communicated prior to service completion.

 

2. Products: Gift Wrapping Supplies and Pre-Made Seasonal Gift Baskets and Items

 

We want you to love your purchase! Please review our return policy for products:

 

  • Returns:

 

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

  • Refunds:

 

  • Refunds will be issued for the total amount paid minus the $5.00 flat delivery fee (if applicable) once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be issued.

 

  • Non-Returnable items:

 

  • Personalized, custom-made, or seasonal items (such as holiday gift baskets or pre-made seasonal gift baskets) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate.

  • By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to abide by this Return and Refund Policy.
