Service Description

Pickup and delivery services are available within a 10-mile radius of downtown Tulsa (ZIP code 74103). This service fee must be paid in full at your time of booking. If service fee is not added at time of booking, this fee will be added for you. Payment for this service fee will need to be completed with 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received in full within 24 hours of booking, all service requests will be cancelled. Any service requests for addresses beyond this area will be automatically cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded.


Booking Policy

Booking Policy for Winn Gifting 1. Booking Window • Earliest Booking: Clients may book services no sooner than two (2) weeks prior to the required delivery date. • Latest Booking: Bookings can be made as late as 24 hours before delivery date. • Minimum Service Lead Time: A minimum of three (3) working days between the pickup and delivery dates is required for us to complete the service. Bookings made with less than three working days’ notice will incur a rush fee. 2. Service Area • Available Area: Our pickup and delivery services are available with a 10-mile radius of downtown Tulsa (ZIP code 74103). • Out-of-Area Bookings: Any service requests for addresses beyond this area will be automatically cancelled, and any payment made will be refunded. 3. Rush Fees • For Bookings Made with Less Than Three Working Days’ Notice: o If the delivery date is scheduled less than 24 hours from the pickup date, a rush fee of $25 will be applied. o If the delivery date is scheduled between 24 and 72 hours from the pickup date, a rush fee of $15 will be applied. Note: Rush fees are based on the pickup and delivery dates. 4. Payment Terms • Rush Services: All rush service fees are due in full at the time of booking. • Pickup and Delivery Service: All pickup and delivery service fees are due in full at the time of booking. • Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the total service fee is required at the time of booking. • Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at the time of delivery. 5. Late Payment • If the balance is not paid at the time of delivery, a late fee of $10 per day will be applied until full payment is received. 6. Cancellations & Refunds • Client-Initiated Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service pickup date to avoid additional fees. If a cancellation is made in accordance with our policy, any payments received will be fully refunded. • Service Area Cancellations: Bookings made for addresses outside our service area will be cancelled and all payments will be refunded. • Non-Payment: Bookings will be cancelled if required payments are not received by specified deadlines. 7. General Conditions • By booking our services, you agree to abide by this Booking Policy. • Winn Gifting reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. • Clients are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
